		<official-title>To amend title 31, United States Code, to eliminate the
		  statutory cap on the public debt and to place limitations on the purposes for
		  which public debt may be issued.</official-title>

		<section id="H013EE6F6907C4F1793E6F257FD363AA0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Full Faith and Credit Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H10A7E25059CC4ED0A1700A4826BF6830"><enum>2.</enum><header>Limitation on
			 obligations</header>
			<subsection id="H3F722A90F136483B848F63238BF2B954"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 3101 of title
			 31, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H3A0636FA53664E018F6F3CC36D5CDCDF" style="USC">
					<section id="H73DB57F6EF2943058311635AAD457A63"><enum>3101.</enum><header>Limitation on
				obligations</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Obligations may
				only be issued under this chapter to fund commitments incurred by the Federal
				Government that require current
				funding.</text>
					</section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="HAC1AD2F6E42948EC83D84425ABD5173F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendments</header>
				<paragraph id="H56D85B7B837245E4BA98A9876B65C777"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Section 3130(e)(2)
			 of title 31, United States Code, is amended by inserting <quote>, as in effect
			 on the day before the date of the enactment of the Full Faith and Credit Act of
			 2011</quote> before the period at the end.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H7CA8D78A5A174A9EA5F50305C9526DDA"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The table of
			 contents for <external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/31/31">chapter 31</external-xref> of title 31, United States Code, is amended by amending
			 the item relating to section 3101 to read as follows:</text>
