		<official-title>To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the
		  amendments made by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act which
		  disqualify expenses for over-the-counter drugs under health savings accounts
		  and health flexible spending arrangements.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4A1A9D1E17A3445382A053AD644421FE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Restoring Access to Medication Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HEB5264110201468483B9185DC799DF0B"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of
			 disqualification of expenses for over-the-counter drugs under certain accounts
			 and arrangements</header>
			<subsection id="H560C7FEBBB834ECE9406446960698858"><enum>(a)</enum><header>HSAs</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subparagraph (A) of section 223(d)(2) of
			 the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking the last
			 sentence.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HCE1B53B41DA14EE386300634D2C7BE5A"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Archer
			 MSAs</header><text>Subparagraph (A) of section 220(d)(2) of such Code is
			 amended by striking the last sentence.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HCFA792281EC4425E92C487669C42D6D0"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Health flexible
			 spending arrangements and health reimbursement
			 arrangements</header><text>Section 106 of such Code is amended by striking
			 subsection (f).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H1227E05F3C124648A00F892996C13A16"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by
			 this section shall apply to expenses incurred after December 31, 2013.</text>
