		<official-title>To amend title 18, United States Code, to clarify the
		  range of conduct punished as sex trafficking, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H10E73132519040FBA8E5EC70E749D490" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>End Sex Trafficking Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H367BF0F10D7A48528778F938F2BD9BAE"><enum>2.</enum><header>Fighting Demand
			 for Sex Trafficking</header>
			<subsection id="H89458098EFE644AC8F41AB94E527B28E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1591 of title
			 18, United States Code, is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H90F0C350EF3D4E8B9B832A2ABCBB7560"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (a)(1), by striking <quote>or
			 maintains</quote> and inserting <quote>maintains, patronizes, or
			 solicits</quote>;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HD1C3F0A129634BFC81B87D7BA8535E61"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (b)(1), by striking <quote>or obtained</quote> and inserting <quote>obtained,
			 patronized, or solicited</quote>;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H9969B0A90CC34A8A8F3C5C0566543DBC"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (b)(2), by striking <quote>or
			 obtained</quote> and inserting <quote>obtained, patronized, or
			 solicited</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H3A11125077C54BCAB6C9636DE8DAECD0"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subsection (c), by striking <quote>or
			 maintained</quote> and inserting <quote>, maintained, patronized, or
			 solicited</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HE1571200766244CEB5252617E0744571"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definition
			 amended</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 103(10) of
			 the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/22/7102">22 U.S.C. 7102(10)</external-xref>) is amended
			 by striking <quote>or obtaining</quote> and inserting <quote>obtaining,
			 patronizing, or soliciting</quote>.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H1EACF0846FCD44C0B0894ABF5B9111D0"><enum>3.</enum><header>Targeting
			 offenders who exploit children</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than 180 days after the date of
			 enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall ensure that all task forces
			 and working groups within the Innocence Lost National Initiative engage in
			 activities, programs, or operations to increase the investigative capabilities
			 of State and local law enforcement officers in the detection, investigation,
			 and prosecution of persons who patronize, or solicit children for sex.</text>
