		<section id="H9B2F486E33EF40BF90235FE180CFBA5C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Mayflower Oil Spill Tax Relief Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HBBDDE1314B9E4B309CCA61D8F8F9EACB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Mayflower,
			 Arkansas oil spill compensation excluded from gross income</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For purposes of the Internal Revenue Code of
			 1986—</text>
			<paragraph id="H71F9437FC7C64584AA675B3E98C37384"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the March 29,
			 2013, pipeline rupture and oil spill in Mayflower, Arkansas, shall be treated
			 as a qualified disaster under section 139(c) of such Code, and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H1A78A40F40E54E4FA58943DD89E1D6D5"><enum>(2)</enum><text>any compensation
			 provided to or for the benefit of a victim of such disaster shall be treated as
			 a qualified disaster relief payment under section 139(b) of such Code.</text>
