		<section id="H0BFF4877BC0744B4A5EC0443FF8B270C" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Reports on Conference
			 Attendance by Federal Agencies</header>
			<subsection id="H33C244B560874947AEB91EF5678896F0"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Not later than 30
			 days before any conference, the head of the agency hosting the conference and
			 the head of any agency that is sending an employee of such agency to the
			 conference shall submit to the relevant congressional committee of jurisdiction
			 a report on the following:</text>
				<paragraph id="H543C0AE22F8A463194E78AD2802201EA"><enum>(1)</enum><text>An itemized
			 statement of the cost of attending the conference, including the total
			 cost.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H93AAF8B8505F447AA2843299436D2995"><enum>(2)</enum><text>In the case of the
			 agency hosting the conference, the total cost of the conference.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H9F5B1A954A5B4F38B127315C78F6D456"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The names of
			 keynote speakers.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H2E4083FBF5464A7381552651D4BDB91E"><enum>(4)</enum><text>A
			 list of conference attendees from such agency and the titles of such attendees.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H5319785AA62C4AE7BCDA8817A67E66FD"><enum>(5)</enum><text>The location of
			 the conference.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H632D6C6F776342A9BB7C042355D6C6D2"><enum>(6)</enum><text>A
			 summary of the purposes and goals of the conference.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HED89E2F3B35D48D5A1D60012E62F29C3"><enum>(7)</enum><text>A
			 conference itinerary.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H8648FA3C36F046B0B512364AC4E934F9"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
			 this section:</text>
				<paragraph id="HBD63D54167074A8294F3F2E82F23E83C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Agency</header><text>The
			 term <quote>agency</quote> has the meaning given that term in section 551 of
			 title 5, United States Code.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HC0C1BC8F52DA4E84978F2BC9B8F7ADBC"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Conference</header><text>The
			 term <quote>conference</quote> means a meeting, retreat, seminar, symposium,
			 training, or other event that involves travel for 50 or more attendees.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HEA6A485443FD4C3D8666A56159AF6560"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Employee</header><text>The
			 term <quote>employee</quote> has the meaning given that term in section 2105 of
			 title 5, United States Code.</text>
