		<official-title>To exclude the Internal Revenue Service from the
		  provisions of title 5, United States Code, relating to labor-management
		  relations.</official-title>

		<section id="H6E87159F3BBC49F8B32CDA1AC5DB4B46" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Preventing Unionization of Revenue
			 Service Employees Act</short-title></quote> or the <quote><short-title>PURSE Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H3448AD55D1FC46DDBB8F1404105B27A2" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Exclusion of Internal
			 Revenue Service</header>
			<subsection id="H47F2B774236A4025B6E055EE482AF900"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 7103(a)(3) of
			 title 5, United States Code, is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H5B8B8C98DF694FC3804EF398C914E86B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (G), by striking <quote>or</quote>;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HD6783DCCADE64BEAB2DC604542B7E215"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (H), by striking the period and inserting <quote>; or</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H4C99BD042BB74277965228BAA087410C"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding after
			 subparagraph (H) the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H84E382BE71264B7F81B1DC5F1ABF5B4A" style="USC">
						<subparagraph id="H2E613E24DFA6420EAE550C89F78C80D0"><enum>(I)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">the Internal Revenue
				Service;</text>
						</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H5E7D2D23F2BF4506BBC62A7C1D08AFD6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the
			 date of the enactment of this Act, notwithstanding any provision of law, rule,
			 or regulation, or of any preexisting collective bargaining agreement.</text>
