<enum>I</enum><header>Fairness for American Families Act</header>
<section id="HA457A2EE90FA44DD9BF1FFF78374EBE8"><enum>101.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This title may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Fairness for American Families Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H8BDF95D4C31E40BD8B92A44DF5357947"><enum>102.</enum><header>Delay in application of individual health insurance mandate</header>
<subsection id="H36D51D6FA368423F8D63CEBDB5799503"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/5000A">Section 5000A(a)</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking <quote>2013</quote> and inserting <quote>2014</quote>.</text> </subsection>
<subsection id="HF2FB1A40AC0048CD99A2978B1B01B6DF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming amendments</header>
<paragraph id="HB52115C80CA749C5AF8975E8D436FE30"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/26/5000A">Section 5000A(c)(2)(B)</external-xref> of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended—</text>
<subparagraph id="H8FEF403DF6B24A7CBBBCCD10C66781E3"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2014</quote> in clause (i) and inserting <quote>2015</quote>, and</text> </subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H6E930F4773EB462CA042DAE2C6B59234"><enum>(B)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by striking <quote>2015</quote> in clauses (ii) and (iii) and inserting <quote>2016</quote>.</text> </subparagraph></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H32FF6885342C48EFB851C14FD457C012"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Section 5000A(c)(3)(B) of such Code is amended—</text>
<subparagraph id="HE5ABA2495E0A4672845118E4F8EE5A68"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2014</quote> and inserting <quote>2015</quote>, and</text> </subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="H6993B812275340DCABF8BA9819E454E7"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2015</quote> (prior to amendment by subparagraph (A)) and inserting <quote>2016</quote>.</text> </subparagraph></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HBD74DD4C5FF347CAAE17D9D0BDD1D70A"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Section 5000A(c)(3)(D) of such Code is amended—</text>
<subparagraph id="H5EE45A44B2CF4D179CA22AFB2ED4F2F0"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2016</quote> and inserting <quote>2017</quote>, and</text> </subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HD211128A96FE4D21AE7B10D9F9C0EE8F"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2015</quote> and inserting <quote>2016</quote>.</text> </subparagraph></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HD2E4E43D057B49D08C4BD45DF4908BD4"><enum>(4)</enum><text>Section 5000A(e)(1)(D) of such Code is amended—</text>
<subparagraph id="H521B42FC5F4C4DCCA86FE769D3EF8722"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2014</quote> and inserting <quote>2015</quote>, and</text> </subparagraph>
<subparagraph id="HB0B702A3C6074366A3647B3B3F89CAAF"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking <quote>2013</quote> and inserting <quote>2014</quote>.</text> </subparagraph></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H01C19C093823472EB59EA7067F4D8313"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in section 1501 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.</text> </subsection></section>
<enum>II</enum><header>Authority for Mandate Delay Act</header>
<section id="H51224EA9EA654CB59B47190357FB9B35"><enum>201.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This title may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Authority for Mandate Delay Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="H84A3F16469234349A8B861B7EEAF67C8"><enum>202.</enum><header>Delay in application of employer health insurance mandate</header>
<subsection id="HE54077C2AF2143C6A95AE4E8A9AB2E15"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1513(d) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is amended by striking <quote>December 31, 2013</quote> and inserting <quote>December 31, 2014</quote>.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="HFBA28BF4A4B54A52B9FD3A2B7067E112"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Reporting requirements</header>
<paragraph id="H08171C1C29F545C9AAEB54A4C4C8CC45"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Reporting by employers</header><text>Section 1514(d) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is amended by striking <quote>December 31, 2013</quote> and inserting <quote>December 31, 2014</quote>.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HC3194731C0EA479291D6613EFD05EF12"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Reporting by insurance providers</header><text>Section 1502(e) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is amended by striking <quote>2013</quote> and inserting <quote>2014</quote>.</text></paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H57F5BE8B34EA4B04B1BA73B59D5891C7"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in the provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to which they relate.</text></subsection></section>
