		<official-title>To help ensure that all items offered for sale in any
		  gift shop of the National Park Service or of the National Archives and Records
		  Administration are produced in the United States, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H97B2616F7B86430DA415368D0EDD2E7A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>American Parks American Products
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H5543E0184B25453E83A01CFA7781F63A"><enum>2.</enum><header>Requiring that
			 items sold in certain Federal gift shops are produced in the United
			 States</header>
			<subsection id="H7379ED1BAE6B4AFFAC51DA1907473BF4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>National Park
			 Service</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the
			 Interior shall ensure that all items offered for sale in any gift shop or
			 visitor’s center located within a unit of the National Park System are produced
			 in the United States.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H8DBD9C69500C4CF4BEEFDBBD4144E05F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>National
			 Archives and Records Administration</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Archivist of the United States shall
			 ensure that all items offered for sale in any gift shop of the National
			 Archives and Records Administration are produced in the United States.</text>
