			 Motocross and Tribal Land Transfer</header>
			<section id="HA6833A43FCEC44B1A7BB13AA6E42DAF5"><enum>101.</enum><header>Definition of
			 Secretary</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this title, the
			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Interior, acting through
			 the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
			</section><subtitle id="HF3088F1D8FE74E21AE7B60A3A6B9ADFF"><enum>A</enum><header>Te-moak Tribe of
			 Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada</header>
				<section id="HEF3DFB37B0574E6EB2118A4E48B8DE82"><enum>111.</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">In this subtitle:</text>
					<paragraph id="H9205859A741141DF83B26EAAA85FA7CB"><enum>(1)</enum><header>City</header><text>The
			 term <term>city</term> means the city of Elko, Nevada.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="HA11500B3E7304764A9D5F4853D8D1C55"><enum>(2)</enum><header>County</header><text>The
			 term <term>county</term> means the county of Elko, Nevada.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H95A1CEBE41DA48CB98D7465D344FAF8A"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Elko Motocross Park</quote>
			 and dated April 19, 2013.</text>
					</paragraph></section><section id="H8F248A1C6B1F41A983C004BCE7949AAE"><enum>112.</enum><header>Sale of land to
			 Elko County</header>
					<subsection id="H7A1E367C0FF84332823C58F09FF2AD8A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of
			 this Act, subject to valid existing rights and the provisions of this section,
			 the Secretary shall convey to the county, for fair market value, all right,
			 title, and interest of the United States in and to the land described in
			 subsection (b).</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="H9C47E1FDAB26463AA33006711596117C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) consists of
			 approximately 275 acres of land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, Elko
			 District, Nevada, as generally depicted on the map as <quote>Elko Motocross
			 Park</quote>.</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="H18456669D50D4B62BBD230696EC3BD5A"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map and legal
			 description</header>
						<paragraph id="H24286F8EBAE54DEFA7F0D24D152F0D0C"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of
			 this Act, the Secretary shall finalize the legal description of the parcel to
			 be conveyed under this section.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H8036DFC0E02A44D1B12D18602E527C2B"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Minor
			 errors</header><text>The Secretary may correct any minor error in the map or
			 the legal description.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H0D1BF759ED8642BE808D712D0EE6E456"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Availability</header><text>The
			 map and legal description shall be on file and available for public inspection
			 in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H3E952FB5F9E646CBBEFC81BBD15EEF10"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Use of conveyed
			 land</header><text>The land conveyed under this section shall be used only as a
			 motocross, bicycle, off-highway vehicle, or stock car racing area, or for any
			 other public purpose consistent with uses allowed under the Act of June 14,
			 1926 (commonly known as the <quote>Recreation and Public Purposes Act</quote>),
			 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/43/869">43 U.S.C. 869 et seq.</external-xref>).</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="H9655F75538E449CA91A1CF148AFD4CCB"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Administrative
			 costs</header><text>The Secretary shall require the county to pay all survey
			 costs and other administrative costs necessary for the preparation and
			 completion of any patents for, and transfers of title to, the land described in
			 subsection (b).</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="HDFDC35369F1A4EB6B1DE6792DA6355E4"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Reversion</header><text>If
			 the land conveyed under this section ceases to be used for a public purpose in
			 accordance with subsection (d), the land shall, at the discretion of the
			 Secretary, revert to the United States.</text>
					</subsection></section></subtitle><subtitle id="HD66DDB2E5D0443CAAEDB688660975CD5"><enum>B</enum><header>Trust land for
			 Te-moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada </header>
				<section id="HE56A7830AE134F5DB6A76B236F95A23D"><enum>121.</enum><header>Land to be held
			 in trust for the Te-moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada</header>
					<subsection id="HEDA3FDBA1AB244658C68592D06463483"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Subject to valid existing rights, all right, title, and
			 interest of the United States in and to the land described in subsection
			 (b)—</text>
						<paragraph id="HE9CEC19F7FB5435FAE1B7E55003BC3DA"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">shall be held in trust by the United States
			 for the benefit and use of the Te-moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians of
			 Nevada (referred to in this subtitle as the <quote>Tribe</quote>); and</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H364DB3FF11CD474EB3D5B3AF8BCCB293"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be part of
			 the reservation of the Tribe.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H49DC55F261A04D05958726BBA3CCB1A6"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 land</header><text>The land referred to in subsection (a) is the approximately
			 373 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Management, as generally
			 depicted on the map as <quote>Expansion Area</quote>.</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="H708DD8DFDE504A3A8D63234C7FCDC60F"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 term <term>map</term> means the map entitled <quote>Te-moak Tribal Land
			 Expansion</quote>, dated April 19, 2013, and on file and available for public
			 inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Land Management.</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="HEF1DD75952574FD4AA1D717E9211436B"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>Not
			 later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary
			 shall complete a survey of the boundary lines to establish the boundaries of
			 the land taken into trust under subsection (a).</text>
					</subsection><subsection id="HB4DAA0E32A974E19B13A78E8405365D5"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Use of trust
			 land</header>
						<paragraph id="H745894D3B96548EFA53E6AE460C88EAE"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Gaming</header><text>Land
			 taken into trust under subsection (a) shall not be eligible, or considered to
			 have been taken into trust, for class II gaming or class III gaming (as those
			 terms are defined in section 4 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (25 U.S.C.
			 2703)).</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H8A2D0D43B27B4280AECCA2AC17FDEEBE"><enum>(2)</enum><header>General
			 uses</header>
							<subparagraph id="HE22CCE9F64AF45909845D9F06EF7FD6D"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>The Tribe shall use the land taken into trust under
			 subsection (a) only for—</text>
								<clause id="H688FC4744FBD41F9ABAFF1AF1B53BD3E"><enum>(i)</enum><text>traditional and
			 customary uses;</text>
								</clause><clause id="H71E37338900842CA93A162F5D0CB9489"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>stewardship
			 conservation for the benefit of the Tribe; or</text>
								</clause><clause id="H45176C95D5DF4DF485901C56511F548D"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>residential or
			 recreational development.</text>
								</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="H67294026948A402E9B47EDAABEE8B87B"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Other
			 uses</header><text>If the Tribe uses any portion of the land taken into trust
			 under subsection (a) for a purpose other than a purpose described in
			 subparagraph (A), the Tribe shall pay to the Secretary an amount that is equal
			 to the fair market value of the portion of the land, as determined by an
			 appraisal.</text>
							</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HF81BE540F3AC40B1A4098EC90F93BB35"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Thinning;
			 landscape restoration</header><text>With respect to the land taken into trust
			 under subsection (a), the Secretary, in consultation and coordination with the
			 Tribe, may carry out any fuels reduction and other landscape restoration
			 activities on the land that is beneficial to the Tribe and the Bureau of Land
			 Management.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection></section></subtitle></title><title id="H7DB3BDC6FE6C43FF8420F7D6CF0FD4BD"><enum>II</enum><header>Trust Land for
			 Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe </header>
			<section id="HC30DC3CF75C54F818FB3707EC6512D1E"><enum>201.</enum><header>Land to be held
			 in trust for the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe</header>
				<subsection id="H1D6A2C4F1A1C4413B6242E9D777DE9C5"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to existing
			 valid rights, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the
			 land described in subsection (b)—</text>
					<paragraph id="H636C56AD4FBE4B26A93CC28527E3DDA6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>shall be held in
			 trust by the United States for the benefit of the Fort McDermitt Paiute and
			 Shoshone Tribe of the Fort McDermitt Indian Reservation; and</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H1FEE5248C2364A8CA78C7ACCA8AAF907"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall be part of
			 the reservation of that Indian tribe.</text>
					</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H0CB265B46BB649B3BF237ABF08202ACF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land referred to in
			 subsection (a) is the approximately 19,094.16 acres of land located near
			 highway 95 south of McDermitt, Nevada, in Humboldt County, Nevada, generally
			 depicted as <quote>Reservation Expansion Lands</quote> on the map titled
			 <quote>Fort McDermitt Indian Reservation Expansion Act</quote> and dated
			 February 21, 2013.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="HDC4CB898A11E4A58BF4AE68250A1B336"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The map referred to in subsection (b) shall
			 be on file and available for public inspection at the Bureau of Land Management
			 Nevada State Office and Winnemucca District Office.</text>
				</subsection></section><section id="H56343E3D7FAF4FFCAE23B269A2E22A51"><enum>202.</enum><header>Offset of
			 Claim</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Indian Claims
			 Commission shall determine, in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of
			 the Act of August 13, 1946 (60 Stat. 1050), the extent to which the beneficial
			 interest of the land held in trust pursuant to this Act should or should not be
			 set off against any claim against the United States determined by the
			 Commission.</text>
			</section></title><title id="HA83191DC826746F7AEFE625F0B359241"><enum>III</enum><header>Shoshone Paiute
			 Tribes Land into Trust</header>
			<section id="H33C316ABA76E4D84A7293D822989DB1F"><enum>301.</enum><header>Land to be held
			 in trust for the Shoshone Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Indian
			 Reservation</header>
				<subsection id="H252EA9F51EAC4B6CA6642D1DF7BE3982"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to valid
			 existing easements and rights-of-way, all right, title, and interest (including
			 improvements and appurtenances) of the United States in and the parcel of
			 National Forest System land in Owyhee, Nevada, described in subsection (b) is
			 hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the benefit of the
			 Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Indian Reservation.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H7E6D030D321B40EFA062E442B3EDAA51"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land referred to in
			 subsection (a) is the approximately 82.2 acres of land generally depicted as
			 the <quote>Proposed Acquisition Site</quote> on the map titled <quote>Mountain
			 City Administrative Site</quote> and dated January 2, 2013.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H9968B99E58614BA2BF4C5A79BBF8FB97"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 map referred to in subsection (b) shall be on file and available for public
			 inspection at the office of the Regional Forester, Intermountain Region.</text>
				</subsection></section></title><title id="H0CE9BFA695B846368D8286181C1F6D59"><enum>IV</enum><header>Summit Lake
			 Paiute Tribe Land into Trust</header>
			<section commented="no" id="H2AF2317F092A44C691B05C49E31059A5"><enum>401.</enum><header>Land to be held
			 in trust for the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe</header>
				<subsection id="H68FFAC271E074F78A9CD3F6DCFCC21D0"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to valid
			 existing easements and rights-of-way, all right, title, and interest (including
			 improvements and appurtenances) of the United States in and to the land
			 described in subsection (b) is hereby declared to be held in trust by the
			 United States for the benefit of the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H9996B4B20F4E461BAB60D0B59DBC8F0C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land referred to in
			 subsection (a) is the approximately 880 acres depicted as <quote>Reservation
			 Conveyance Lands</quote> on the map titled <quote>Summit Lake Indian
			 Reservation Conveyance</quote> and dated February 28, 2013.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="HE03658E23224449EB5EA1A22D4A9AA9F"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The map referred to in subsection (b) shall
			 be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Bureau of
			 Land Management Nevada State Office and Winnemucca District Office.</text>
				</subsection></section></title><title id="HB67A988AE70C43A686629FF575FD5E54"><enum>V</enum><header>South
			 Fork Band Council Land Into Trust</header>

			 in trust for the South Fork Band Council</header>
				<subsection id="HE9E13D9CB0274D3695122962B055A8FD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to valid
			 existing easements and rights-of-way, all right, title, and interest (including
			 improvements and appurtenances) of the United States in and to the land
			 described in subsection (b) is hereby declared to be held in trust by the
			 United States for the benefit of the South Fork Band Council.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H2D200CDDCE5F491AB70585C9ECAA50B2"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 Land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land referred to in
			 subsection (a) is the approximately 26,278 acres depicted as <quote>Reservation
			 Expansion Lands</quote> on the map titled <quote>South Fork Indian Reservation
			 Expansion</quote> and dated June 13, 2013.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="HAC5B180D6982475F9EF3579D172ABD52"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 map referred to in subsection (b) shall be on file and available for public
			 inspection at the office of the Bureau of Land Management Nevada State Office
			 and Elko District Office.</text>
				</subsection></section></title><title id="H93F2043BB019413CA9395D9BD11F0794"><enum>VI</enum><header>Reno-Sparks
			 Indian Colony Land Into Trust</header>
			<section id="HBFC6F9330775478CB6498BA17B91289F"><enum>601.</enum><header>Land to be held
			 in trust for the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony</header>
				<subsection id="HBD6FDC172ECD41DAB4A7539932CCA342"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to valid
			 existing easements and rights-of-way, all right, title, and interest (including
			 improvements and appurtenances) of the United States in and to the land
			 described in subsection (b) is hereby declared to be held in trust by the
			 United States for the benefit of the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="H76541BF958A742A3864F5DBBD648A4EE"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 Land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land referred to in
			 subsection (a) is the approximately 11,180 acres depicted as <quote>Colony
			 Expansion Lands</quote> on the map titled <quote>Reno-Sparks Indian Colony
			 Expansion</quote> and dated May 28, 2013.</text>
				</subsection><subsection id="HEE49257B4A2D4AFDAC847046B83A53C7"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Map</header><text>The
			 map referred to in subsection (b) shall be on file and available for public
			 inspection at the office of the Bureau of Land Management Nevada State Office
			 and Carson City District Office.</text>
				</subsection></section></title><title id="HAD3836A62939496080E25D40FD239752"><enum>VII</enum><header>Pyramid Lake
			 Paiute Tribe Land Into Trust</header>
			<section id="H478C59E75C0F4AA194A20181E1E21528"><enum>701.</enum><header>Land to be held
			 in trust for the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe</header>
				<subsection id="H8854E9CE72AE4C4C8B8AA0D998E401CC"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subject to valid
			 existing easements and rights-of-way, all right, title, and interest (including
			 improvements and appurtenances) of the United States in and to the land
			 described in subsection (b) is hereby declared to be held in trust by the
			 United States for the benefit of the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe.</text>
