		<section id="H7083D427B0264D0CB41081D9061E6BA1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repeal of fossil fuel
			 consumption percentage reduction requirements for Federal buildings</header>
			<subsection id="HF8233DCFA4DC45CF8F8F6695DE8B04AC"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subclauses (I) and (II) of section
			 305(a)(3)(D)(i) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C.
			 6834(a)(3)(D)(i)) are repealed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" id="H181A68BEA083496B9FB8B1CB0CEC0279"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming
			 amendment</header><text>Section 305(a)(3)(D)(vi) of the Energy Conservation and
			 Production Act is amended by striking <quote>subclauses (I) and (III) of clause
			 (i)</quote> and inserting <quote>clause (i)</quote>.</text>
