		<official-title>To direct the Secretary of the Interior to install in the
		  area of the World War II Memorial in the District of Columbia a suitable plaque
		  or an inscription with the words that President Franklin D. Roosevelt prayed
		  with the United States on June 6, 1944, the morning of D-Day.</official-title>

		<section id="HBFFD16FE74284A0B84F8D048F2EC9C8E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>World War II Memorial Prayer Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HD0275092AABC4FD1A818A5ADE02072CD"><enum>2.</enum><header>Placement of
			 plaque or inscription at world war II memorial</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of the Interior—</text>
			<paragraph id="H9583A92FC9CA430F89C553A3CAAD3C47"><enum>(1)</enum><text>shall install in
			 the area of the World War II Memorial in the District of Columbia a suitable
			 plaque or an inscription with the words that President Franklin D. Roosevelt
			 prayed with the United States on June 6, 1944, the morning of D-Day;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HC25FEB0BF01E4BBEAB7745C05E2FC6AD"><enum>(2)</enum><text>shall design,
			 procure, prepare, and install the plaque or inscription referred to in
			 paragraph (1); and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H16B4EAB9F0A844079A6ECE6C6DF0F894"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">may not use Federal funds to prepare or
			 install the plaque or inscription referred to in paragraph (1), but may accept
			 and expend private contributions for this purpose.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HF0588ABD35B94CFC906FFCE3E8D87233" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>3.</enum><header>Commemorative Works
			 Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/40/89">Chapter 89</external-xref> of title 40,
			 United States Code (commonly known as the <quote>Commemorative Works
			 Act</quote>), shall apply to the design and placement of the plaque within the
			 area of the World War II Memorial.</text>
