			 <quote><short-title>Terrorism Risk Insurance Program
			 Reauthorization Act of 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCD43B4D5410C4E828B6FAF5A6B335CDC"><enum>2.</enum><header>10-year extension
			 of Terrorism Risk Insurance Program</header>
			<subsection id="HF474A63008D24E6E9DD61D6F7E4FC70A"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Termination
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 108(a) of the
			 Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/6701">15 U.S.C. 6701</external-xref> note) is amended by
			 striking <quote>2014</quote> and inserting <quote>2024</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H83FFFBE49148430EB7E4DC0D7F26C425"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Additional
			 program years</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section
			 102(11)(G) of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/6701">15 U.S.C. 6701</external-xref> note) is
			 amended by striking <quote>2014</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>2024</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HA6FE00DCA1FC40EA85DAF46440CDED69"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Timing of
			 mandatory recoupment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section
			 103(e)(7)(E)(i)(III) of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (15 U.S.C.
			 6701 note) is amended by striking <quote>2017</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>2027</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H9C40FFFB3D11416D9B14548154876F58"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Ongoing reports
			 regarding market conditions for terrorism risk insurance</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 108(e)(2) of the Terrorism Risk
			 Insurance Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/15/6701">15 U.S.C. 6701</external-xref> note) is amended by striking <quote>and
			 2013</quote> and inserting <quote>, 2013, 2017, 2020, and 2023</quote>.</text>
