		<section id="H945F09E9AD20435A8021E84806A78F7E" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Provision of hyperbaric
			 oxygen therapy for certain members of the uniformed services</header>
			<subsection id="HD79A1B148EB74F5DA2F5A7F9263131AE"><enum>(a)</enum><header>HBOT
			 Treatment</header>
				<paragraph id="H122AB42C86954C8098A3A9F7AFA6BECD"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Chapter 55 of title
			 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 1074m the
			 following new section:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H26E4C32ED280456EB312074A78E682FE" style="USC">
						<section id="H3D2552D314E649F885C2AD29E0D15B8A"><enum>1074n.</enum><header>Provision of
				hyperbaric oxygen therapy for certain members</header>
							<subsection id="HBDBBCA6125ED41C9808932CA98FFACDF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall
				furnish hyperbaric oxygen therapy to a covered member if such therapy is
				prescribed by a physician to treat post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic
				brain injury.</text>
							</subsection><subsection id="H0E428776390C4E1397D57F7D7CA7852B"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Use of private
				facilities</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary may
				carry out subsection (a) by furnishing hyperbaric oxygen therapy at private
				facilities in accordance with section 1074(c) of this title.</text>
							</subsection><subsection id="H2CA83838C019484ABE75B8063A1F23E7"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Covered member
				defined</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section, the
				term <term>covered member</term> means a member of the armed forces who
				is—</text>
								<paragraph id="H0461949F1E88488F9DB3FAFD330FF3F4"><enum>(1)</enum><text>entitled to
				medical care under section 1074 of this title; and</text>
								</paragraph><paragraph id="H41E2FB59E9B847FDB3CE7A994B366D77"><enum>(2)</enum><text>diagnosed with
				post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain
				injury.</text>
								</paragraph></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HF39B691854C2450A84B13DD9501116AE"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text>The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter
			 is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 1074m the following
			 new item:</text>

				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H7768B939EC9D4AC9BAC36DA19884B264"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by
			 subsection (a) shall take effect 90 days after the date of the enactment of
			 this Act.</text>
