		<official-title>To require the collection of up-to-date information on
		  tariff and non-tariff laws, regulations, and practices of foreign countries
		  affecting exports of United States goods and services, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HC420A101463D4B578C8F79D62D6C6A18" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Transparent Rules Allow Direct
			 Exporting for Small Businesses and Jobs Act</short-title></quote> or
			 <quote><short-title>TRADE for Small Businesses and Jobs
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H18492A5C6A1844138C332A6A4CEDE444" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Foreign tariff and
			 non-tariff laws, regulations, and practices affecting exports of United States
			 goods and services</header>
			<subsection id="HDD129A7CC4944B428B494205C32B36CB"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Purpose</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The purpose of this section is to assist
			 exporters of United States goods and services to access new markets in foreign
			 countries.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H4B3F4FAE6A17431CA346A782653206EE"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Collection of
			 information</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of
			 Commerce shall, in consultation with the United States Trade Representative and
			 the Secretary of State, collect information on changes in tariff and non-tariff
			 laws, regulations, and practices of foreign countries affecting exports of
			 United States goods and services other than United States agricultural
			 commodities.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HC2B391856E0C4E159308FFA3695D3D70"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Availability of
			 information</header>
				<paragraph id="H10AE9EECB61145DE894B45C99856F7AD"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment
			 of this Act, the Secretary of Commerce shall make available the information
			 collected under subsection (b) to United States exporters on the Web site
			 Export.gov or a successor Web site.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H31B98A40A2ED4FAAA47C201166DA62C4"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Format</header><text>The
			 information collected under subsection (b) shall be presented in a clear and
			 easy-to-understand format to allow United States exporters to better understand
			 and comply with tariff and non-tariff laws, regulations, and practices of
			 foreign countries described in subsection (b).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H61058A52D7ED441B9C2E47B4C89CA52B"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Update</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of Commerce shall update the
			 information collected under subsection (b) on the Web site Export.gov or a
			 successor Web site not less than once every 60 days after the date on which the
			 Secretary of Commerce makes available the information collected under
			 subsection (b).</text>
