			 <quote><short-title>Promoting Border Commerce and Travel
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H141899805DBF470D9611FB2853EDBC49"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on
			 land border crossing fees</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The
			 Secretary of Homeland Security may not establish, collect, or otherwise impose
			 a border crossing fee for pedestrians or passenger vehicles at land ports of
			 entry along the southern border or the northern border of the United States,
			 and may not conduct any study relating to the imposition of such a fee.</text>
