			 the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within
			 the jurisdiction of the committee concerned</action-desc>

		<official-title>To prohibit the use of Federal funds for real property or
		  for a project or program named for an individual then serving as a Member of
		  Congress, including a Delegate or Resident Commissioner to Congress, or as

		<section id="H4BC55372EC954F339D37B07A1D7F10F9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>No Monuments to Me Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HD17D01517354416B9B953F5832FC7B55"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on
			 certain Federal funds</header>
			<subsection id="H567F474AAF0941FB88AD2D8441F2B4D9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">No Federal funds may
			 be used for real property (including structures, buildings, or other
			 infrastructure) or for a project or program named for an individual then
			 serving as a Member of Congress, including a Delegate or Resident Commissioner
			 to the Congress, or as President.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H5552947C0FEC4F2C9C9CD58A985B0D1E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Exception</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This section shall not apply with respect
			 to any Presidential library.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H8098E5CCD4714549BC9D073A6D099BA0"><enum>3.</enum><header>Applicability</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 shall not apply with respect to
			 any project or program commenced, or any real property named, prior to the date
			 of the enactment of this Act, regardless of whether the authorization for such
			 project or program or for the use of such real property has expired.</text>
