		<section id="H4CE9B4D543404C94880A0C000E7E0EF0" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Removal from John H. Chafee
			 Coastal Barrier Resources System of areas included in Florida System Unit
			 P–16</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of the
			 Interior shall revise maps referred to in section 4(a) of the Coastal Barrier
			 Resources Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/3503">16 U.S.C. 3503(a)</external-xref>) as necessary to remove from Florida System
			 Unit P–16—</text>
			<paragraph id="HDE3A9ADC3CAB4FA485B80BFF5A39C3D8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the area known as
			 Royal Marco Point on Marco Island, Collier County, Florida; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H265FA1FA0B204C43A5E6B003888884C4"><enum>(2)</enum><text>the area known as
			 La Peninsula of the Isles of Capri in Naples, Collier County, Florida.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="H091E6A51D1584FBF85CD754BB121AC5E"><enum>2.</enum><header>Availability of
			 insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program for areas removed from
			 Florida System Unit P–16</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1316 of the National Flood Insurance
			 Act of 1968 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/42/4023">42 U.S.C. 4023</external-xref>) shall not apply with respect to a property located
			 in an area described in paragraph (1) or (2) of section 1 unless—</text>
			<paragraph id="HCA7CEF261040477CA1BDA84FB38BA0F5"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Administrator
			 of the Federal Emergency Management Agency determines that such property would
			 have been declared by a duly constituted State or local zoning authority, or
			 other authorized public body, to be in violation of State or local laws,
			 regulations, or ordinances as described in such section 1316 without regard to
			 whether section 1 of this Act had been in effect at the time of the declaration
			 by such State or local zoning authority or such other authorized public body;
			 or</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H7D8A72BD06504DFD9C0CE6109E512E50"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">after the date of the enactment of this
			 Act, a duly constituted State or local zoning authority, or other authorized
			 public body, finds such property to be in violation of State or local laws,
			 regulations, or ordinances described in such section 1316.</text>
