			 Administration</committee-name>, for a period to be subsequently determined by
			 the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within
			 the jurisdiction of the committee concerned</action-desc>

		<official-title>To provide that the only health plans that the Federal
		  Government may make available to the President, Vice President, Members of
		  Congress, and Federal employees are those created under the Patient Protection
		  and Affordable Care Act or offered through a health insurance
		  exchange.</official-title>

		<section id="HD1EC14576B9447BDB6683021BC6F5710" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Health plans created under
			 PPACA or offered through Exchanges to be only health plans Federal Government
			 may make available to President, Vice President, Members of Congress, and
			 Federal employees</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 1312(d)(3)(D) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C.
			 18032(d)(3)(D)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H10EBDF3B07794CC2823CCFF37F29CE42"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in the
			 subparagraph heading, by striking <quote><header-in-text level="subparagraph" style="OLC">Members of Congress</header-in-text></quote> and inserting
			 <quote><header-in-text level="subparagraph" style="OLC">President, Vice
			 President, Members of Congress, and Federal
			 employees</header-in-text></quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H341E87E52BE8464A9DEDF031F5345F9B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (i), in
			 the matter preceding subclause (I)—</text>
				<subparagraph id="HBB765F551D1E4C28BB8F3AD41026C263"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>Members of Congress and congressional staff</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, and Federal
			 employees</quote>; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H0B137B0A454E41E4BBCD83E7FC95C987"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>a Member of Congress or congressional staff</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>the President, the Vice President, a Member of Congress, or a Federal
			 employee</quote>; and</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H4D40F860CC6D4E099131D72374EAFF9C"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in clause (ii), by
			 amending subclause (II) to read as follows:</text>

					<subclause id="HBFD4E1B401BB4660864C8F9D52C5462D"><enum>(II)</enum><header>Federal
				employee</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The term
				<term>Federal employee</term> means—</text>
						<item id="H7AE38C53FF4C42CC81965CA916D717C9"><enum>(aa)</enum><text>an
				<quote>employee</quote>, as such term is defined in <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/2105">section 2105</external-xref> of title 5,
				United States Code; and</text>
						</item><item commented="no" id="HAE5B853469FE42B48C4E6F52AE47E0B4"><enum>(bb)</enum><text>includes an
				individual to whom subsection (c) or (f) of such section 2105 pertains (whether
				or not such individual satisfies item
				(aa)).</text>
