		<section id="H883F534C79794681AF7E05C1828A7B96" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Enforce Existing Gun Laws
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H529DAA28A7DE4168A3CC76CD462DBDB0"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of certain
			 appropriations riders that limit the ability of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
			 Firearms, and Explosives to administer the Federal firearms laws</header>
			<subsection id="HC1F802A8BFD846FF82FCEB449BCD7764"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Prohibition on
			 consolidation or centralization in the Department of Justice of firearms
			 acquisition and disposition records maintained by Federal firearms
			 licensees</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The matter under
			 the heading <quote>Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives—Salaries
			 and Expenses</quote> in title I of division B of the Consolidated and Further
			 Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/923">18 U.S.C. 923</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/112/55">Public Law 112–55</external-xref>; 125
			 Stat. 609–610) is amended by striking the 1st proviso.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H14675F6D469D4824BF0436919C82B394"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Prohibition on
			 imposition of requirement that firearms dealers conduct physical check of
			 firearms inventory</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The matter
			 under the heading <quote>Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and
			 Explosives—Salaries and Expenses</quote> in title II of division B of the
			 Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/6">Public Law 113–6</external-xref>)
			 is amended by striking the 5th proviso.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H5E873C64EF304DB68E9FF433EB11DB0C"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Requirement that
			 instant check records be destroyed within 24 hours</header><text>Section 511 of
			 the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 (18 U.S.C. 922
			 note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/112/55">Public Law 112–55</external-xref>; 125 Stat. 632) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H0B5D9D335E5148CCA3E1F0E570B0256B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>—</quote> and all that follows through <quote>(1)</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HD1F29E2ADED34286BE02EFD9D52E29E4"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking the
			 semicolon and all that follows and inserting a period.</text>

			 relating to firearms trace data</header>

					<subparagraph id="HA6C04893893D42C1B99E14FDF48FBCAA"><enum>(A)</enum><text>The matter under
			 the heading <quote>Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives—Salaries
			 and Expenses</quote> in title I of division B of the Consolidated and Further
			 Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/923">18 U.S.C. 923</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/112/55">Public Law 112–55</external-xref>; 125
			 Stat. 609–610) is amended by striking the 6th proviso.</text>

			 Act, 2010 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/923">18 U.S.C. 923</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/117">Public Law 111–117</external-xref>; 123 Stat. 3128–3129) is
			 amended by striking <quote>beginning in fiscal year 2010 and thereafter</quote>
			 and inserting <quote>in fiscal year 2010</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4595C726AC134C6CAD3FE7F536050FBF"><enum>(C)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The 6th proviso under the heading
			 <quote>Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives—Salaries and
			 Expenses</quote> in title II of division B of the Omnibus Appropriations Act,
			 2009 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/923">18 U.S.C. 923</external-xref> note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/111/8">Public Law 111–8</external-xref>; 123 Stat. 574–576) is amended by
			 striking <quote>beginning in fiscal year 2009 and thereafter</quote> and
			 inserting <quote>in fiscal year 2009</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H3CB767232EA74F888F476C1FC9BBA921"><enum>(D)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The 6th proviso under the heading
			 <quote>Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives—Salaries and

			 109–108; 119 Stat. 2295–2296) is amended by striking <quote>with respect to any
			 fiscal year</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H109E43F8B399496388586728A4D661C7"><enum>(F)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The 6th proviso under the heading in title
			 I of division B of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (18 U.S.C. 923
			 note; <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/108/447">Public Law 108–447</external-xref>; 118 Stat. 2859–2860) is amended by striking
			 <quote>with respect to any fiscal year</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H06B9E243D0624F428E3DF152B3FDF766"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Prohibition on
			 processing of Freedom of Information Act requests about arson or explosives
			 incidents or firearm traces</header><text>Section 644 of division J of the
			 Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/5/552">5 U.S.C. 552</external-xref> note; 117 Stat.
			 473–474) is repealed.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HDCE175E4DB4D47D984101BC9032B2C0F"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Prohibition on
			 use of firearms trace data To draw broad conclusions about firearms-Related
			 crime</header>
				<paragraph id="H3915E80C543C4837840A0D5B952D3D21"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 514 of division B of the
			 Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/6">Public Law 113–6</external-xref>)
			 is repealed.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H7EAA890D5BDB4F01A125D7784953D263"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Section 516 of the
			 Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 (Public Law
			 112–55; 125 Stat. 633) is repealed.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HBEC7D64E91F34B30B43B40894AD10F10"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Prohibitions
			 relating to <term>curios or relics</term> and importation of surplus military
			 firearm</header>
				<paragraph id="H3234CDB992AB4C0885B815E3AC6C9F7A"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The matter under the heading <quote>Bureau
			 of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives—Salaries and Expenses</quote> in
			 title II of division B of the Consolidated and Further Continuing
			 Ap­pro­pri­a­tions Act, 2013 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/6">Public Law 113–6</external-xref>) is amended by striking the 1st
			 proviso.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H430CC6DEE955472DB870EEF1372E0F19"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 519 of division B of the
			 Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/6">Public Law 113–6</external-xref>)
			 is repealed.</text>

			 denial of federal firearms license due to lack of business
			 activity</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The matter under the
			 heading <quote>Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives—Salaries and
			 Expenses</quote> in title II of division B of the Consolidated and Further
			 Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/113/6">Public Law 113–6</external-xref>) is amended by striking
			 the 6th proviso.</text>
