		<section id="H842AD8C2164E4F7EAD73E36C11514692" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Burdensome Paperwork Reduction for Our
			 Miners Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H32FC9180D8284C58B54E316BAB7C66F9"><enum>2.</enum><header>Review of black
			 lung forms</header>
			<subsection id="H0E070474BFD340C4AC17533D3786363B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Review</header><text>Not
			 later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary
			 of Labor, acting through the Director of the Division of Coal Mine Workers’
			 Compensation and the Chief Information Officer of the Department of Labor, and
			 in consultation with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, shall
			 conduct a review of the forms related to obtaining workers’ compensation
			 benefits under the Federal Black Lung Benefits Program to determine whether it
			 is feasible to combine or reduce such forms in order to further the purposes of
			 the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/104/13">Public Law 104–13</external-xref>).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H31BD970927CD407BB965501FF20DF30E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Implementation</header><text>Not
			 later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary
			 shall implement any feasible combination or reduction of the forms related to
			 obtaining workers’ compensation benefits under the Federal Black Lung Benefits
			 Program identified in the review conducted under subsection (a).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HD05367CA422E4875A200B4B1EC6433C4"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Reports</header>
				<paragraph id="H4E7FE55A5A0A4DE9A9828C6ABA376672"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Initial report
			 of review</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment
			 of this Act, the Secretary shall submit a report to Congress that describes the
			 findings of the review conducted under subsection (a).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H3FCDCAE4238948DC920013B9366DB950"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Report of
			 implementation</header><text>Not later than 1 year after the Secretary
			 implements any combination or reduction of the forms related to obtaining
			 workers’ compensation benefits under the Federal Black Lung Benefits Program
			 under subsection (b), the Secretary shall submit a report to Congress that
			 describes such implementation.</text>
