		<section id="HEB75B81CF65D463B8C3C5E710B147E42" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Prohibiting Taxpayer-Funded Monuments
			 to Members of Congress Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H4EB56D5CA9AD4749BA69323C996653E9" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on naming
			 certain real property after Member of Congress</header>
			<subsection id="H74EFA725E7BA450A8DAD4280A36ADC5B"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Prohibition</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Real property under the jurisdiction of the
			 Federal Government, or constructed using Federal funds, shall not be named
			 after, or otherwise officially identified by the name of, any individual who is
			 a Member of Congress at the time the property is so named or identified.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H22B89028C42144468225626D48F211DD"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
			 this section:</text>
				<paragraph id="HF40C77E9EA944175B8ED683A136A31FF"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The term
			 <quote>Member of Congress</quote> includes a Delegate or Resident Commissioner
			 to the Congress.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HF8F4520733594652B9C86B0800F46CD1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The term
			 <quote>real property</quote> includes structures, buildings, or other
			 infrastructure.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HD081D2519AB740E38882B3E7B21CE56E"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Application of
			 section</header><text>The prohibition in this section shall apply only with
			 respect to real property named after the date of the enactment of this
			 Act.</text>
