amendment</header><text>Section 344(f)(2) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of

activities</header><text>Section 32 of the Act of August 24, 1935 (7 U.S.C.
612c) is amended in the second sentence of the first paragraph—</text>
<subparagraph id="H3CDC186D082D481E802D3D085653B9EE"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in paragraph (1),
by inserting <quote>(other than sugar beets and sugarcane)</quote> after
<quote>commodities</quote>; and</text>

sugar beets, and sugarcane</quote> after <quote>tobacco</quote>.</text>
</paragraph><paragraph id="H0CA5874CE88F41C780CFD9FA90257FCE"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Price support
for nonbasic agricultural commodities</header><text>Section 201(a) of the
Agricultural Act of 1949 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/1446">7 U.S.C. 1446(a)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>milk,
sugar beets, and sugarcane</quote> and inserting <quote>, and
milk</quote>.</text>
</paragraph><paragraph id="HCCD9E4DEF0034F56BF84799080AD3259"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Commodity Credit
Corporation storage payments</header><text>Section 167 of the Federal
Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/7287">7 U.S.C. 7287</external-xref>) is
repealed.</text>
</paragraph><paragraph id="H796ADF3BE2944F6B9719FEC6DDFD50DE"><enum>(5)</enum><header>Storage facility
loans</header><text>Section 1402(c) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment
Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/7971">7 U.S.C. 7971(c)</external-xref>) is repealed.</text>
</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HDFCBE373A369496DA1D715ECA2395073"><enum>(6)</enum><header>Feedstock
flexibility program for bioenergy producers</header><text>Section 9010 of the
Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/7/8110">7 U.S.C. 8110</external-xref>) is
repealed.</text>
</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H39F92AF5808540C795161D96597DDF1E"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Implementation
and transition provisions</header>
<paragraph id="H152411D90EE04F999E249D4F36931CA9"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
general</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law—</text>
<subparagraph id="HEE090016B06E49EDB88163ED026C93DF"><enum>(A)</enum><text>a processor of any
of the 2013 or subsequent crops of sugarcane or sugar beets shall not be
eligible for a loan under any provision of law with respect to the crop;
and</text>
</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HDC5C38ACC3CA4A23B3A279838C2E28DE"><enum>(B)</enum><text>the Secretary of
Agriculture may not make price support available, whether in the form of a
loan, payment, purchase, or other operation, for any of the 2013 and subsequent
crops of sugar beets and sugarcane by using the funds of the Commodity Credit
Corporation or other funds available to the Secretary.</text>
</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H58978D5A646B4E2E812713CA307C468F"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Continued
liability</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This section and
the amendments made by this section shall not affect the liability of any
person under any provision of law as in effect before the application of this
section and the amendments made by this section.</text>

sugar tariff and over-quota tariff rate</header>
<subsection id="H4E375E1E888848BB93407F5DB6980FCF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Elimination of
Tariff on Raw Cane Sugar</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Chapter 17 of the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States is amended by striking subheadings 1701.13
through 1701.13.50 and subheadings 1701.14 through 1701.14.50 and inserting in
numerical sequence the following new subheading, with the article description
for such subheading having the same degree of indentation as the article
description for subheading 1701.13, as in effect on the day before the date of
the enactment of this section:</text>

<section id="H57D2DFA5EC75498788AACBCF987BBD07"><enum>201.</enum><header>Termination of
NOAA Fishery promotion and development subsidies</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Title II of the Fish and Seafood Promotion
Act of 1986 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/4001">16 U.S.C. 4001 et seq.</external-xref>) is repealed.</text>

NOAA fisheries finance program</header>

provisions</header>
<section id="H47F2E365C59442F8A5DFD528A95D1322"><enum>701.</enum><header>Conclusion of
business</header>
<subsection id="H1534CED4CCE74527AABF3EB2EE626D82"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conclusion of
business</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The President shall
take such actions as may be necessary and appropriate to conclude the
outstanding affairs of each program and activity terminated by this Act and the
amendments made by this Act.</text>
</subsection><subsection id="HB015711403D24E78A94BB29AC2D98D89"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Limitation on
statutory construction</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This
section may not be construed to prevent the expenditure of any funds received
under any program or activity terminated by this Act and the amendments made by
this Act. Such funds shall be subject to the laws and regulations that would
have applied to the funds if this Act had not been enacted.</text>
