		<section id="H78E9602C758746BB947396C63529BAB9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Postal Employee Appeal Rights
			 Amendments Act of 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HE4CB40B943C54ADC965CCB0B40E0B084"><enum>2.</enum><header>Right of appeal
			 to Merit Systems Protection Board</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/39/1005">Section 1005(a)(4)(A)(ii)(I)</external-xref> of title 39,
			 United States Code, is amended to read as follows:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H28638FEC66B143058BB4FD43BABF239B" style="OLC">
				<subclause id="H9674FF230A904E0FB16211D17D705674" indent="up2"><enum>(I)</enum><text>is a career or noncareer employee
				of the Postal Service who—</text>
					<item id="HFAE1A901D02D40218554A9605C824FBD"><enum>(aa)</enum><text>is not represented by a bargaining
				representative recognized under section 1203; and</text>
					</item><item id="HA697E86059BA4EEEACC4E8F24B3E93DA"><enum>(bb)</enum><text>is in a supervisory, professional,
				technical, clerical, administrative, or managerial position covered by the
				Executive and Administrative Schedule;
				and</text>
					</item></subclause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section></legis-body>
