		<official-title>To clarify the rights of Indians and Indian tribes on
		  Indian lands under the National Labor Relations Act.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H75CE47E404FF4B3C9243AAA417721519" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Tribal Labor Sovereignty Act of
			 2013</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H980BA3F0F576429681D4CE02AE1CB3F2"><enum>2.</enum><header>Definition of
			 employer</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 of the
			 National Labor Relations Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/29/152">29 U.S.C. 152</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H52908058742A48538C60C5118FCFCD65"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (2),
			 by inserting <quote>or any enterprise or institution owned and operated by an
			 Indian tribe and located on its Indian lands,</quote> after <quote>subdivision
			 thereof</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HD2F2EDD75EA34C9FBAB2BAA465938CD3"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H8B2D336157784BA3B6BE4B2CF31EC18C" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H9FB9AAD170D54E02B83552854174E4F9"><enum>(15)</enum><text>The term
				<term>Indian tribe</term> means any Indian tribe, band, nation, pueblo, or
				other organized group or community which is recognized as eligible for the
				special programs and services provided by the United States to Indians because
				of their status as Indians.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H46790888807F4806A4BCD5C07C0519E9"><enum>(16)</enum><text>The term
				<term>Indian</term> means any individual who is a member of an Indian
				tribe.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H8D3160A99F5C400198302244B022646A"><enum>(17)</enum><text>The term
				<term>Indian lands</term> means—</text>
						<subparagraph id="H7E803B2735A3406A99433236C3B8BEBA"><enum>(A)</enum><text>all lands within
				the limits of any Indian reservation;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HE43FDB29F3D645D09A49C12326F013A1"><enum>(B)</enum><text>any lands title to
				which is either held in trust by the United States for the benefit of any
				Indian tribe or individual or held by any Indian tribe or individual subject to
				restriction by the United States against alienation; and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HCA9D6125D0B34D90B5E3385590CA9D5B"><enum>(C)</enum><text>any lands in the
				State of Oklahoma that are within the boundaries of a former reservation (as
				defined by the Secretary of the Interior) of a federally recognized Indian
				tribe.</text>
