- Abstract
- The study sampled the macrofauna of the mesopelagic and bathypelagic zones near or on offshore oil and gas structures. Industry was trained to use their ROVs and contributes their time to opportunistically sample in the Gulf of Mexico. The study has documented a variety of fauna known to exist in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as newly-documented taxa.
