Recommendation
The Committee on Indian Affairs, to which was referred the bill (S. 4104) to approve the settlement of water rights claims of the Hualapai Tribe and certain allottees in the State of Arizona, to authorize construction of a water project relating to those water rights claims, and for other purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably thereon with amendments and recommends that the bill (as amended) do pass.
