  • Treasury Combined Statement of Receipts, Expenditures, and Balances of the United States Government

    An Executive Agency publication which shows the combined statement of all the receipts, expenditures and balances for each fiscal year. The receipt statements are derived by the government from customs, internal revenue, taxes and sales of public lands in each district and states. Expenditures for the different departments include salaries, public works and miscellaneous expenses. Balances are the excess revenues available after payment of appropriations and disbursements in the fiscal year. This section covers the years 1872-1983.

  • Treasury Reporting Rates of Exchange

    Lists the exchange rates of foreign currencies based on the dollar. The exchange rate goes from the year 1956-2005.

  • The Official Register of the United States

    A record of all the Federal government’s civil, military and naval employees. This section provides information on the employee’s name and official job title, the location of their post, and their annual salary. The Register provides information on the years 1829, 1835-1837, 1841-1861, 1879-1891, 1895-1907, 1911-1921, 1925-1926, 1929-1940 and 1941-1959.

  • Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of the United States

    Shows an account statement of the receipts and expenditures of each fiscal year. This document is prepared by the Register of the Treasury. The receipt statements are derived by the government from customs, internal revenue, taxes and sales of public lands in each district and states. Expenditures for the different departments include salaries, public works and miscellaneous expenses. This publication has the following fiscal year statements available: 1793; 1797; 1805-06; 1808-09; 1812-1828; 1830-1890.

  • The Internal Revenue Cumulative Bulletin to the Treasury Department

    A consolidated publication which includes documents issued in the Internal Revenue Bulletins. The Internal Revenue Bulletin is an instrument for publishing documents for the Commissioner of Internal Revenue. These documents include announcements of the official rulings and procedures of the Internal Revenue Service and Treasury Decisions, Executive Orders, Tax Conventions, legislation, court decisions and other items. This publication covers the years 1919-2008.
